Vindya V Rai is a consultant clinical psychologist at Abhaya Neuropsychiatry Hospital in Bengaluru for the last three years. She is a trauma informed therapist who has expertise in cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), couple and family therapy. Vindhya holds a masters in psychology from St. Agnes College in Mangaluru and completed her M.Phil in clinical psychology from National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) in Bengaluru. She has previously worked as a lecturer in St. Agnes College in Mangaluru training postgraduates and has worked as a clinical psychologist in Lions school in Surathkal, with experience in the clinical issues of special children.
Dr Debanjan Banerjee holds a post-graduation in psychiatry and post-doctoral in geriatric psychiatry from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) in Bengaluru. He is currently working at the Apollo Multispecialty Hospitals in Kolkata as a geriatric psychiatrist. He is also the founder of Arogyam, a mental wellbeing polyclinic in Hooghly in West Bengal. Dr Debanjan's clinical interests include old age psychiatry, neuropsychiatry, women's mental health, dementia and memory concerns, Parkinsonism and other movement disorders and sexual medicine.
Krithika Gopinath is the founder of Latibule Wellness. Latibule is founded on the principle of bettering one's mental health without the use of medication. Krithika is a trained psychologist and pursued her first master’s in organization & social psychology and a second one in psychotherapy -- family & marriage counselling. Previously, she was the head cancer counsellor at Carer, a home care company for cancer patients, in Bengaluru. She has also completed the 200 hours teacher's training course in hatha yoga.
